We operate Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST, excluding Holidays. Orders are processed between 2-4 business days. All orders placed on a Friday after 2 pm will not be processed until the following Monday. 

After an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the system to update. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out. Please keep in mind that this is just an estimate and it depends on delivery option and carrier. Pia Colors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered, or mishandled by carrier; after delivery customers are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

USPS Standard Shipping (usually 3-5 business days): $7 Puerto Rico & $10 United States. 

Priority Mail Express 1-Day Shipping: $25 Puerto Rico & Unites States (only available on business days). 

Customers ordering from within Puerto Rico will generally receive package within 1-2 days after shipping notification is received.
